Rock band SPYAIR will release their next single "BEAUTIFUL DAYS" on August 24, and starting July, the song will be used as the theme song for the new NTV drama, "Don★Quixote".
"Don Quixote" is about a timid young man who works at a child consultation center and a *Yakuza boss. These two men who come from very different worlds unexpectedly switch bodies. The series stars Shota Matsura as the center worker and a colorful co-cast including Katsumi Takahashi, Riko Narumi, Yutaka Matsushige, Yuki Uchida, Satomi Kobayashi.
SPYAIR quickly rose to fame over the past eight months, and the band is ready to show what they’ve got in their next song, “BEAUTIFUL DAYS”. The song is a medium ballad written specifically for the drama.
“I think there are more difficult and painful things in life than there is happiness”, commented SPYAIR. “But instead of always thinking about suffering, we should find ways to become happy and keep walking on. Then you we would be able to meet our true selves and the world. That’s the message we tried to put into this song.
“BEAUTIFUL DAYS” will be released on August 24 and you can catch "Don★Quixote” Saturdays at 21:00 (JST) on NTV.
